We No Longer Accept ZIP
As of 3rd February 2026, Flo & Frankie no longer accepts ZIP as a payment method online or in-store.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we update our payment options.
Returning an Order Paid with ZIP
If you placed an order using ZIP prior to this change and need to return it, please note:
ZIP returns cannot be processed through our online returns portal.
To arrange your return and refund, you will need to contact our Customer Care team directly.

Full name used on the order
Details of the item(s) you wish to return
