Our current processing time before an order is shipped is 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships and that will include tracking information. Once the courier has collected your order from us, your track and trace details will update to "picked up" so you can keep an eye out for your parcels delivery!
