Why wasn’t I refunded the full amount?Updated 2 months ago

There are a few reasons why you may not have received a full refund:

  • Shipping Charges: If your order total was under $80, a shipping fee was applied and is non-refundable.

  • Return Label Fee: If you used our prepaid return label, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
