Why wasn’t I refunded the full amount?Updated 3 months ago
There are a few reasons why you may not have received a full refund:
Shipping Charges: If your order total was under $80, a shipping fee was applied and is non-refundable.
Return Label Fee: If you used our prepaid return label, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, and will not be refunded.
