We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! If your item arrives with a security tag still on, here’s what you can do:
Option 1: Visit a store nearby
You can take the item to any Flo & Frankie boutique, or another store that uses the same detagging system - such as Kmart, Jay Jays, Glassons, or The Warehouse. Their team should be able to remove the tag for you.
Option 2: Return to us for removal
If visiting a store isn't an option, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll send you a prepaid return label, have the item sent back to us for de-tagging, and then resend it ASAP.
