No worries - you don’t need to use your entire store credit in one go.

Any unused balance will remain on your customer account and can be used for future purchases.

How to check your remaining store credit balance:

1. Go to floandfrankie.com/account

2. Log in using the email and password linked to your account

3. Once logged in, your store credit balance will appear under your account summary
