Returning or Exchanging Items Between New Zealand and Australia StoresUpdated 25 days ago

If you’ve purchased an item in one country and would like to return or exchange it in the other, we’re happy to help. While our New Zealand and Australia stores operate on separate systems, we can still facilitate cross-country returns and exchanges through our Customer Care team.

How It Works

You are welcome to return or exchange:

  • A New Zealand purchase in Australia, or

  • An Australian purchase in New Zealand

However, these cannot be processed directly in-store due to system differences. Instead, our Customer Care team will coordinate the return or exchange for you and provide the correct next steps.

To proceed with a return or exchange across countries, please contact our Customer Care team before visiting a store. They'll ensure everything is set up correctly so the process is smooth and hassle-free.
