If you believe your return parcel has been lost in transit, here’s what to do:

  • You’ll need to contact the courier directly to lodge a missing parcel enquiry and begin a claim.

  • If you used our Refundid returns service, your tracking details (Track & Trace) will be available via the Refundid Portal
