I have a online store credit, but it is not on my account?Updated 3 months ago

If you're signed in but don't see your store credit under your account details, it may be because the credit is linked to your in-store account, not your online one.

At this time, online and in-store accounts are not merged, but don’t worry - we can easily transfer vouchers between accounts.
