When a return is processed, it’s linked to the original customer details that the order was placed under.

If you’re returning a gift, you’ll need to either:

• Contact the person who gifted the item to you to obtain the original order details
  or

• Provide their full name and email address so our team can locate the order and process the return correctly.

If you'd prefer not to notify the gift-giver, we may be able to offer a store credit instead - just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help!
