How do I know if you have received my online purchase return?Updated 3 months ago
You can track the status of your return at any time through our Refundid portal.
Once your return has been received and processed, the status will be updated in the portal.
You’ll also receive email notifications to keep you informed every step of the way.
Please allow 1–2 business days after your return has arrived at our Returns Office for processing.
Not using Refundid?
If you returned your item via our standard process (outside of Refundid), we’ll send you a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed.
