We know that Christmas shopping can be busy, and sometimes gifts need a little extra flexibility. That’s why we offer an extended returns period for gifts purchased during the festive season.

Eligible Purchases:

• Any items purchased between 20th November 2025 and 25th December 2025.

Extended Returns Period:

• Gifts bought during this period can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2026.

How to Return a Gift:

1. Bring the item to any of our stores, or follow our standard online returns process.

2. Make sure you have the receipt or gift receipt for a smooth return.

3. Our team will be happy to assist with a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Additional Notes:

• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
