In-store Purchases:
If you've purchased in-store, you're welcome to pop into any of our boutiques to exchange your item.
Online Purchases:
For online orders, we offer three flexible exchange options:
Option 1: Exchange in-store
You can exchange your item at any Flo & Frankie boutique.
If you’re unable to make it in-store, please see options below.
Option 2: Immediate Reorder & Refund
Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Return the original item to us via our Returns Portal.
Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Option 3: Standard Exchange
Lodge your exchange request via our Returns Portal.
Send the original item back to us.
Once received, we’ll ship out the replacement item.
