Can I get a refund on my order if I purchased it using a yellow physical gift card?Updated a month ago

If you paid for your order using one of our old gift cards (these have a black magnetic strip on the back), please note that these cards are not refundable. In this case, the amount you paid will be refunded as a store credit that can be used on future purchases.

If you paid using one of our new gift cards (which have a barcode on the back), these cards are refundable. Any refund will go directly back onto the gift card. We recommend keeping these cards even after use, as they can be re-used for future orders.
