We’re so grateful for the love shown during our Boxing Day Sale. With a huge number of orders coming through in a short space of time, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.
Why is my order taking longer to dispatch?
Boxing Day is our busiest time of the year. Our warehouse team is working as quickly as possible, but the increased order volume means there can be short delays while we carefully pack and prepare every order.
How long will dispatch take?
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for your order to be dispatched during the Boxing Day Sale period. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Has my order been missed?
Not at all. If your order is within the Boxing Day dispatch timeframe, it’s in the queue and will be on its way as soon as possible. We promise nothing has been forgotten.
Will delivery take longer too?
Courier networks can also experience delays during peak sale periods, so delivery may take a little longer than usual once dispatched. Tracking updates will come directly from the courier once your parcel is on the move.
